Orders and Returns

If you have purchased products and are not fully satisfied, or simply no longer want them you can return your undamaged and unused items to Korb within 14 days of receiving your goods for a refund, please note a 15% restocking fee of original purchase price will apply for all standard products. No refund will apply to special order or non-standard products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Korb's Customer Service at info@korb.com.au

Returns

We fundamentally unashamedly believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Korb. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that our products are designed and constructed to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you envisioned. In that event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product

For product returns, you may return your unused and undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a refund subject to a restocking fee if applicable. 
For undamaged products, simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this time frame, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method subject to a restocking fee if applicable. For returns which you would like to be reimbursed, for cash, cash equivalent, and cheque, transactions over $250, Korb will mail a refund cheque to you within 10 business days. Please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only to the store in which they were originally purchased.

  • Returned freight costs for returned goods will not be covered by Korb.

  • Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws or regulations, the following products are not eligible for return: Special order product and non-standard items

Importantly, the rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products, however these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.
