Delivery Detail

Order processing takes between 2 to 5 business days excluding specials. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination.

How do I track my package online?

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. For all orders, you can track your package at the respective courier. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please contact your courier directly, with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, we require a street address/ site address and site contact for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Korb carriers may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please contact our customer service department via email: to find out if we deliver to your location.

Service Delays

Korb is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your Delivery.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service department via email If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to Korb's online return policy.

We are unable to deliver dangerous goods (such as aerosol cans, flammable liquids, IED's etc).

Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Korb to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately Korb and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the time of day for delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating an address where people will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery,  carrier will leave a card. In the advent that a carrier is to be re-organised or alternate delivery address required you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Korb if re-delivery is required.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by your courier.
